My name is Kaithlyn Barnes, I am a legal secretary living in Sydney, Australia. After hours on the internet trying to find a reliable makeup and hair artist for my wedding in Thailand, I stumbled upon a comments page about ‘Hair and Makeup in Thailand’ and found a recommendation to contact Tatar.

I subsequently contacted Tatar and booked her in for my wedding. Like many Thai people, Tatar and her team were very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. My wedding day was absolutely perfect and I have to thank Tatar for making my bridal party look smashing. I highly recommend Tatar and her team to anyone who is considering an external hair and makeup artist for any event.

I had my Wedding in Thailand and needed a makeup for 5 people for the big day. I found Tata’s website she came highly recommended by her clients. After a quick email Tata was my makeup artist for the big day, I sent photos of different looks I wanted and Tata made a schedule for me and 4 guests and everything went smoothly.

She made everyone look FLAWLESS, the makeup products used where of high international standard.

Tata made everyone feel very comfortable, so professional she suited our make up to our requests and a few magazine cut outs : ). I enjoyed my time with Tata, so did my family and friends…My uncle had an ATV bike accident earlier in the week and had a nice black eye and Tata did wonders with her make up to cover it all up for our photo’s.

“I contacted Tata via email about 6 weeks prior to my son’s wedding in Phuket to see if she could do my hair and makeup for the occasion. Tata responded promptly to all my emails.  I emailed her a photo of me wearing the dress I would be wearing on the day and I think that was a help so she could see the colours of the dress and my colouring.

On the day, Tata arrived promptly at the scheduled time at the resort where I was staying and was a pleasure to have her do my makeup. Her colleague (whose name escapes me) did my hair and given the humidity in Phuket she worked wonders with hair that had succumbed to the heat and humidity.  I had several lovely comments on how my hair and makeup looked and both lasted the evening despite it being very warm and humid on the day.

I recently had my wedding in Phuket Thailand November 2010 at the Thavorn Beach Village and Spa. I was rather nervous about finding a hair and makeup artist in Thailand who would be able to create the look I was after for myself and my bridesmaids on my wedding day. I contacted several stylists on my search to find someone for my special day. I came across Tata on a wedding forum where I contacted her and received an immediate response. From the first contact with Tata she was exceptionally professional and worked really hard to understand the look I was after for the day. She sent me multiple photos of pervious work similar to the look I was after and had several suggestions for me before I had even reached Thailand.

Once getting to Thailand I had a hair and makeup trial a week before the wedding and it was just perfect. I did not need to change one thing for the wedding day. My makeup colours were fabulous and the qualities of her products
were exceptional. Tata has a wide range of makeup and a huge variety of colours. The fine attention to detail was exceptionally impressive. I had multiple trials at home in Australia in case I had to attempt my own make up on the
wedding day and each of these were quite an average job now looking back in comparison to the quality I received from Tata. My makeup stayed on well into the night and I did not need to reapply once. My hair also looked so fabulous, very detailed and it really created the overall perfect look I was after. I can’t thank Tata and her team enough for everything they did from my trial, through to the wedding day and we even had it done all over again the following day for a second day photo shoot. I could not be happier. I would highly recommend Tata’s services to anyone looking for a highly qualified makeup artist and hair stylist. I have already passed on her details to two work colleagues getting married in Thailand over the next 12 months and would recommend her to everyone. Thank you again Tata for making my special day one to remember.
